Hi, my name is Mandip. I’m a pharmacist by trade but my passion lies in helping people improve their health through nutrition and lifestyle changes.
I believe there are many pieces to the puzzle that is good health, but it’s not going to happen without a strong foundation of eating whole nutritious food.
It’s one thing that we all do every single day and so if you can get this right it means you are well on your way to vibrant health.
I know what its like to struggle with healthy eating.
To have the best of intentions and manage to keep on track for a short period of time only to slip back into old habits after a while. This pattern gets repeated over and over. I know the pain this brings. You begin to feel like its just not possible for you and you are destined for a life of mediocre health and wellbeing.
Well I’m here to tell you that it is possible. Not only can you eat well, but you will even start to enjoy this way of eating so that it naturally becomes a way of life and you begin to feel and look amazing.
In my approach I look at improving and changing eating habits from various different angles in order to achieve the desired results. This might include finding ways to overcome emotional barriers to changing your eating habits to more practical issues such as planning and cooking meals. Together, we find solutions for the unique challenges you face and make them work for your life. I look at the underlying psychology of what is driving your current habits in order to make better ones.
Making a change like this alone can feel quite overwhelming and intimidating at the outset. There is a huge amount of information out there that is often contradictory, leaving you confused, deflated and stuck.
My aim is to keep things simple.
We stick to whole foods based meals as much as possible. We go at a pace that is comfortable for you in order make long lasting, sustainable changes to the way you eat for life.

As a pharmacist, I have spoken with hundreds of patients who seem stuck in an endless cycle of taking prescription medication, doctors visits and being defined by their health problems.
The quality of life of these people is far below what they deserve.
I believe that there is a much better approach to healthcare. One that involves making lifestyle and nutrition changes to drastically improve your health and wellbeing and rely less heavily on taking medication.

I have personally learned about the powerful connection between the food you eat and the state of your mental and emotional wellbeing.
We have a tendency to assume our mental health issues are caused by past trauma or inherited from our parents.
